LinkConverter features

If you have a Bang & Olufsen, Samsung or Panasonic TV-set and e.g. a digital receiver, you are able to use your TV remote to control your receiver using one remote!

The LinkConverter has the following features.

The LinkConverter has to be installed in your player in order to achieve optimal performance.

Eventhough you have got a LinkConverter installed in your player, you are still able to use your original remote control without any lost functionality. The format selection (16:9/4:3) in the scart-connector will still be available.

The operation of the LinkConverter has been split into two groups. One is the common day operations such as play, next and stop; these are done through the remote control using a single button. The other is the seldom used operations; these require several buttons (e.g. "repeat a-b" require "GO-5" or "OK-5").

The LinkConverter normally requires that the player, or digital receiver is equipped with a scart-connector, and it is connected to AV1 or AV2 on the TV-set or in case of Samsung or Panasonic HDMI2.

Samsung TV most have AnyNet.

Panasonic TV most have VieraLink.
